100%, Permanent upon agreement Zürich Construction Your tasks ## • Organisation and coordination of construction work on the construction site • Leadership and guidance of construction site personnel • Ensuring quality and timely execution of work • Monitoring of construction site processes and compliance with safety regulations • Communication with builders, architects and other parties involved • Documentation and reporting of construction progress Our requirements ## • Completed training in construction (e.g. as construction manager, site manager, master mason) • Several years of experience in high-rise construction • Experience in leading teams and construction site organisation • Safe handling of construction plans and technical drawings • High stress tolerance and self-initiative • Good knowledge of occupational safety • Driver's license class B
