What you do You process benefit cases in disability and death in occupational pension schemes (BVG) correctly and promptly and are responsible for the payout. You check and evaluate legal and medical aspects as well as take over the technical implementation. You work closely in French and in German with our corporate customers, pension funds and collective foundations. You draft and process demanding correspondence with customers, pension institutions, authorities, brokers and lawyers - both in writing and orally. You actively help shape and improve processes and contribute your own ideas to further development. French at native level and good German skills as a prerequisite What you bring Several years of professional experience in the area of life risk benefits BVG. A completed commercial apprenticeship, gymnasiale Maturität, a social insurance or pension fund specialist certificate or a higher technical college. Confident handling of various IT applications and openness to digital tools.
