Your tasks • You are part of our Perioperative Care (POC) and work alternately in the surgical day clinic as well as in the recovery room. • The assumption of postoperative monitoring and nursing care of our patients is part of your activities. • You care for day surgery as well as Same Day Surgery patients and accompany children, adolescents and their families in the recovery phase. • Postoperative care as well as monitoring of vital functions and administration of pain and infusion therapies are your responsibility. • You ensure holistic, individual care and use nursing concepts such as kinesthetics as well as positioning and relaxation techniques in a targeted manner. • Close cooperation with various professional groups and active involvement in the further development of Perioperative Care characterize your daily work. • You accompany trainees in their practical training. • In this function, you work in a varied and dynamic work environment with regular shift operations. • You work basically from Monday to Friday in shift service, perform a maximum of one Saturday shift per month as well as - depending on the workload - at least three and a maximum of five night shifts per month. Your profile • Diploma as Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann HF or FH • Ideally, you have experience in acute pediatrics or a completed postgraduate degree in anesthesia, intensive care or emergency nursing or the postgraduate course in monitoring care • Joy in caring for children, adolescents and their families • High social competence, sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team • Independent, flexible and solution-oriented way of working • The willingness to work in shift service as well as to take on assignments both in the recovery room and in the surgical day clinic is a prerequisite for this function Your salary ## Your gross salary at a 100% workload is expected to be between 77'000 and 97'000 Franken per year. The exact level of salary depends on your training and professional experience. In the course of the selection process, we will determine your salary based on our salary guidelines. Applicants who do not yet have the required knowledge or experience may, in individual cases, also be classified below the salary range.
