For our customer in the heart of Zürich, we are looking for a reliable and technically savvy personality as Technical Caretaker 80 % (m/f/d) Your assignment: Temporary assignment for approx. 3–4 months Workload: 80 % Work location: Zürich Zentrum Occasional weekend and evening assignments possible Your tasks: Care and maintenance of the property as well as the technical systems Carrying out minor repairs and maintenance work Monitoring and control of the building technical facilities Carrying out maintenance and servicing work Care of the indoor and outdoor areas Ensuring order, cleanliness and functionality Support with general operational maintenance work Your profile: Completed manual or technical training is an advantage Experience in technical facility services, operational maintenance or building technology Strong manual dexterity Independent, reliable and solution-oriented way of working Analytical and pragmatic mindset Willingness for occasional weekend and evening assignments Good German skills in speaking and writing Driver's license Cat.
