Bring your full potential: Although the position is possible from 50%, we are ideally looking for reinforcement with a workload of 80-100%.

What you achieve ##

• Independent management of a portfolio of commercial and residential properties (with the support of an assistant)
• Apartment move-outs and move-ins
• Oral and written contact with tenants, entrepreneurs, and authorities
• Ensuring maintenance as well as participating in renovation and renewal projects
• Periodic condition assessment of the properties and preparation of condition reports
• Preparation and monitoring of budget and multi-year planning

What you bring ##

• Completed basic training as well as further training as a Real Estate Manager with a federal diploma (eidg. Fachausweis)
• Several years of professional experience in the management of commercial and residential properties
• Category B driver's license and own car required
• Proficient MS Office skills, ideally application knowledge of Garaio REM
• Service- and customer-oriented personality with an independent and proactive way of working
