At the Zurich location we are looking for: Experienced Architect (m/f/d) with focus on execution planning 80-100% Construction site management. Responsibility. Sustainable construction. What awaits you As an architect, you independently take over the integral planning from project development to execution (SIA phases 32–53) and support the overall project management/project management. Your main tasks include planning activities in the integral team, with a focus on execution planning and realization (SIA 51–53), supported by Building Information Modeling (BIM). The planning processing of ongoing and future (-) projects in the areas of industrial or hospital construction is part of your core area – with a focus on technical processing, detail development and feasibility. You work closely with all specialist departments (structural engineering, HVAC, electrical engineering, construction management) as well as external specialist planners in a BIM-based coordination process (Revit / ACC). You support the implementation of the ATP Green Deal, taking into account sustainable and resource-saving planning. What you bring You have a successfully completed degree in the field of architecture (ETH/FH or equivalent). Your career shows several years of professional experience in the planning of medium to large projects, with a clear focus on execution planning. You have sound technical and constructive knowledge as well as very good knowledge of the relevant standards and regulations (especially SIA 102). You have demonstrable experience in projects of the SIA phases 32–51, ideally with in-depth responsibility in execution planning. You have good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good system knowledge in Autodesk Revit (Architecture). You are enthusiastic about integral planning and are able to process sub-areas independently as well as interdisciplinarily coordinated. You are characterized by high competence in detail planning and constructive processing of building construction projects as well as by your curiosity about topics such as resource efficiency and sustainability. You have a pronounced awareness of deadlines, costs and quality in the sense of SIA project processing. A committed, structured and responsible way of working completes your profile.
