The company offers modern employment conditions and a versatile field of activity. We are looking for an organized personality with experience in administration as well as initial knowledge in sales or inside sales. A structured way of working and enjoyment of customer contact round off your profile.

Job Description ##

Among other things, the following tasks belong to the position:

• Building and maintaining sustainable customer relationships as well as active acquisition of new orders
• Independent management of the entire order process from the offer to delivery
• Ensuring timely processing of customer and supplier orders
• Coordination of transports as well as support in import and export business
• Responsibility for warehouse management and stock control
• Close cooperation with internal specialist departments and the Service Center
• Processing of customer inquiries and professional finding of solutions for complaints
• Support with sales activities, events and trade fair appearances
• Participation in administrative and organizational tasks in daily business
• Taking over special projects and versatile additional tasks as required

The Successful Applicant ##

• Commercial basic training as well as initial practical experience in sales or inside sales
• Very good German and French skills in spoken and written language (mandatory)
• Exact, independent and structured way of working with high quality awareness
• Very good PC user skills as well as confident handling of common MS-Office programs
• Material knowledge and technical understanding, ideally from the metal industry or a similar technical environment
• Enjoyment of sales as well as daily contact with customers and suppliers
• Quick comprehension, team-oriented personality and high willingness to provide service
