Jurist/in (MLaw oder lic. iur.), 80 - 100% # The Amt für Gesundheit ensures a high-quality and economically viable healthcare system in the Kanton Zürich. It guarantees seamless medical treatment and care and promotes the health of the Zürcher population. The legal department of the Amt, which operates as an independent administrative unit, supports the Amtsleitung and all specialist departments in all legal matters.  To cover a maternity leave, we are looking for a Jurist/in (MLaw or lic. iur.) 80 - 100%, with a broad interest in public law issues, starting immediately or by agreement and limited to one year. Your tasks ### You will support the legal department in various subject areas, particularly in questions related to the licensing system and in supervisory procedures against medical and healthcare professionals as well as institutions, in exemptions from professional secrecy and in other exciting fields. Your profile ### You are a reliable, initiative, communicative and performance-oriented personality. You have several years of professional experience, ideally in public law in an administration, at a court or in advocacy. Your quick grasp and broad general knowledge enable you to grasp complex facts in a short time and to formulate documents in a way that is appropriate for the target group. You enjoy working both independently and interdisciplinarily and in a network.
