Our core competence is the structuring and administration of white-label funds. We offer banks, wealth managers, insurance companies, pension funds, as well as family offices, bespoke fund solutions according to Swiss law. Together, we create funds with the aim of offering a solid offering precisely adapted to the needs of our clients. We are open in the choice of asset classes and eschew standard solutions. As part of the creation of a new position, we are looking for a motivated and committed person as Legal Counsel 80%-100% (m/f) Zurich or Morges.

What can you expect?

• Participation in all legal, contractual, and compliance activities of the company and the managed products.
• Participation in the launch process of new bespoke products and active support of the process in coordination with the responsible Relationship Manager.
• Advising and supporting clients during strategic changes to collective investments (lifecycle management).
• Verification of legal bases and drafting of contracts for the efficient management of existing funds.
• Management of contacts regarding content, communication, and process, with all parties involved: clients, notaries, land registry offices, financial service providers, FINMA as well as internal departments (risk management, real estate administration, and real estate accounting). Control of real estate transactions, loan agreements, and security for Private Debt products (in case of deviations from standard contracts).
• Development and updating of internal guidelines and processes.
• Carrying out internal compliance audits and drafting the corresponding reports.
• Monitoring and control in the areas of anti-money laundering, conflicts of interest, various contractual tasks, and drafting reports for the board of directors.
• Carrying out initial and recurring due diligence of clients in collaboration with the responsible internal specialist.

What do you bring?

• Professional experience in asset management and funds would be an asset.
• Master in law.
• Strong linguistic knowledge in German/French, English is a plus.
