Transport Staff 60 - 100%, permanent on an hourly basis

Your area of responsibility:

• Luggage transport between aircraft, baggage hall and other operational areas of the airport
• Safe and careful transport of luggage until arrival at the destination
• Deployment in dynamic and varied airport operations throughout the entire area and at all aircraft stands
• Support in short-term and direct transshipments of luggage for timely forwarding to connecting flights
• Function as a link between the ramp team and the baggage hall
• Compliance with all safety regulations as well as the applicable ground traffic regulations at Flughafen Zürich

We expect:

• Physical resilience, good health and strong teamwork skills
• Independent working and a good sense of direction
• Punctuality, a reliable way of working as well as good German skills (min. level B1)
• Willingness to work irregular hours incl. weekend work (deployment times vary between 05:00 – 24:00) – mobility must be guaranteed!
• Valid Swiss driver's license Cat. B and a clean criminal record extract
• At least one residence permit of category B, C, G or a Swiss passport/ID

Training:

• The complete basic training is carried out in two blocks within the first two months. In the first month of the basic training, eight to ten instruction days take place, in the second month four to six days.
