You support the operations management, ensure the smooth running of activities and work actively in daily management. You assume responsibility for projection, events and team management. Together, we enthusiastically welcome our guests with reliable service and high quality. ### Your area of responsibility • Support to operations management during events, processes and mission planning • Participation in the recruitment and qualification of employees • Planning and integration of new employees according to directives • Ensuring specialized knowledge within the team • Team management in daily operations and responsibility for the smooth running of operations • Training on the product range and food intolerances • Compliance with and guarantee of hygiene rules • Friendly and competent reception and advice for guests • Active participation in daily operations • Central contact person for events and special formats, including operational planning, coordination with internal and external stakeholders as well as guaranteeing feasibility, quality and compliance with event and brand standards • Professional leadership and support of employees in the event context, including coordination during setup, execution and dismantling • Responsibility for projection, image, sound and light quality Your profile • Completed training or experience in gastronomy, hospitality, service or cinema; technical understanding required • You already have initial experience in team management • We welcome our guests seven days a week, which is why we expect you to be available for evening and weekend missions • Confident communication, very good knowledge of German; other languages are an asset • Positive attitude, good manners and high social competence • Authentic personality with a role model function • We can count on your autonomous, service-oriented and quality-conscious way of working • You have a practical mentality and are not afraid of novelty • In stressful situations, you react calmly, thoughtfully and act with anticipation • You like working in a team, share your knowledge proactively and demonstrate active assistance • Good manners and a neat appearance are a matter of course for you Your next step We look forward to your complete and convincing application.
