Junior Real Estate Manager with responsibility for individual properties, 100 %

Are you already in a comparable position or do you want to take on additional management responsibility as an experienced real estate clerk? This opportunity is available to you in our team, which in the department «Bewirtschaftung Wohnen» is responsible for residential estates and individual residential properties in the city districts 1, 7 and 8. You will administratively support the team leader and manage various properties with around 50% of your working hours. Tasks ## • Independent rental and management of individual residential properties and generally all parking spaces as well as hobby and storage rooms • Recording and processing of tenant requests • Obtaining offers as well as organization of order processing including order and invoice processing using SAP • Administration for rentals including data maintenance in the SAP system • Creating heating and operating cost statements as well as collection tasks Profile ## • Completed commercial training with further training as Real Estate Management Clerk • Sound professional experience in the real estate industry • High service and customer orientation • Sociability, high social competence and communication skills • Independent way of working and good comprehension • Proficient use of MS Office programs and advantageously with the SAP system We offer ## a diverse and collegial working environment in a growing organization.
