In this attractive leadership position, you can help shape the future of the largest non-profit residential property developer operating throughout Switzerland together with a motivated team. Logis Suisse AG, based in Zürich, is a leader in creating and maintaining fair and affordable living space. It combines social and ecological core values with entrepreneurial action. The portfolio includes around 3'500 apartments in German-speaking Switzerland. In addition, over 1'600 more apartments are in planning or realization. As part of a succession appointment, we are looking for a personally and professionally convincing individual as Managing Director. In this function, you are responsible for the operational management and represent the company externally. Together with the Board of Directors, you will further develop the strategic direction, ensure appropriate reporting at all levels, and prepare essential decisions. Your main tasks also include the further development of the real estate portfolio as well as the acquisition and development of new projects and properties. In doing so, you will be supported by a dedicated team of ten employees and will work with a network of external partners. For this demanding task, you bring several years of leadership and management experience as well as proven competencies in strategic real estate development and acquisition. In addition, you have a university degree, sound business administration knowledge, and further training in the real estate sector. Furthermore, you identify strongly with the values of non-profit residential construction. Leadership strength and teamwork, entrepreneurial thinking and service orientation combined with clear communication characterize you as much as your willingness to make decisions and your ability to win over different stakeholders.
