PMO - Transformation Program

• IT - Project Management • Zürich Grossraum • Contracting • Full-time • 01.09.2026 - 6+ months • PMO, Project Management, Jira, Confluence, Power BI Your tasks: • Support the program management in the operational control and coordination of a strategically important program • Ensuring structured program planning, monitoring, and reporting • Coordination and tracking of work packages, milestones, and dependencies across the various program strands (Business Master Plattform, Group AI Programm, AI Enablement) • Preparation and follow-up of steering committees, program boards, and decision templates • Maintenance and further development of program governance, methods, and tools • Support in financial steering as well as in the benefit/cost assessment in cooperation with the program management • Interface management between Business, IT, Operations, and the Group • Risk and issue management: identification, escalation, and tracking • Ensuring transparency regarding program progress to all relevant stakeholders • Support in communication and change management within the program environment   Your profile: • Experience as PMO or in the program control of complex transformation programs • Understanding of platform and IT transformations, ideally in the insurance environment • Knowledge in financial steering, benefit/cost analyses, and portfolio management • Experience with common PMO tools and methods (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Power BI) • Strong skills in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration • Structured, independent way of working with high result orientation • Strong communication skills and assertiveness in a complex environment • Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
