HR Business Partner ### #### Tasks & Challenges • Support of managers and employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle without payrolling • Sparring partner in all HR topics - from recruitment to labor law issues • Accompanying and coaching of managers in demanding personnel situations • Participation and active co-design of HR projects and initiatives • Ensuring professional implementation and further development of HR processes and systems • Conducting training as well as supporting managers in handling HR tools • Regular travel activity within Switzerland to support decentralized locations Qualifications & Competencies • Completed further training in the HR field (e.g., HR-Fachausweis) or comparable training • Experience in a generalist HR role or as an HR Business Partner, ideally in a decentralized environment • Experience in advising and accompanying managers and employees • Affinity for HR systems such as SAP and digital tools as well as confident handling of MS Office • High degree of independence, structured way of working, and strong orientation toward solutions • Empathic, assertive personality with a hands-on mentality • Service-oriented, pragmatic, proactive • Willingness to travel within Switzerland Opportunities & Perspectives A modern working environment, good team spirit, and a globally known employer brand that continues to grow await you.
