At the Strassenverkehrsamt of the Canton of Zürich, around 460 employees work at nine locations. Our task is road safety in the Canton of Zürich. We are responsible for the registration and testing of vehicles and boats, for driving tests, for administrative measures, and for the collection of traffic levies. For the Strassenverkehrsämter Zürich-Albisgütli, Bülach, Regensdorf and Bassersdorf, we are looking for Traffic Experts.

Your tasks

In the work area of vehicle and driver testing, versatile, structured, technical tasks and intensive contact with our customers await you. The responsible activity of the traffic expert requires a high understanding of the legal framework of the Strassenverkehrsgesetz.

What you bring with you

• Completion as an Automobil-Mechatroniker/in or Automobilfachmann/fachfrau (if possible specialty commercial vehicles), Landmaschinen- or Baumaschinenmechaniker/in
• Joy in collaborating with the most diverse people
• A professional, confident and respectful appearance
• Quick comprehension and the motivation to always keep your knowledge up to date
• Minimum age 24 years and no driving license revocation in the last 5 years
