Application Manager SAP FI/CO 80 - 100% # The Amt für Informatik (AFI) is the IT competence center of the Canton of Zürich. It provides comprehensive services in the area of central IT infrastructure and canton-wide applications for directorates, authorities, justice, and independent institutions. Tasked with implementing the new Information and Communication Technology (ICT) strategy, the office accompanies the canton in the digital world. Do you want to not only maintain SAP solutions, but also independently develop them further and be responsible for them from requirement to stable operation? In our versatile SAP landscape, you will take on a comprehensive role with a lot of personal responsibility. Together with the Business Solutions team and our internal customers, you will develop sustainable solutions for the financial processes of the Canton of Zürich. Your tasks ### • Together with the team, you ensure the stable operation of our SAP FI/CO solutions and process requests and malfunctions in 2nd-level support. • You record requirements from stakeholders within the framework of operations, service, and change requests, question them constructively, and translate them into suitable technical solutions. • You implement requirements independently and continuously develop the managed applications and processes. • You specify development orders, manage internal developers and external partners, and check the quality of the implemented solutions. • You advise our internal customers in a solution-oriented manner, transparently show technical possibilities and limits, and develop sustainable solutions together with those involved. Your profile ### • Completed education in business administration, business informatics, informatics, or a comparable field. • Several years of experience in application management or in technical consulting for SAP FI/CO. • Sound practical experience in customizing and in the technical implementation of requirements and changes. • Understanding of basic finance and accounting processes and translation of specialist requirements into technical SAP solutions. • You work independently and responsibly, actively take on topics, and maintain an overview even in a complex system landscape. • You think beyond your own area of responsibility, make clear decisions, and coordinate reliably with the bodies involved. • A customer-oriented, advisory attitude and enjoyment in developing good solutions together round off your profile.
