Your tasks

• Creation of facility management concepts for customers
• Creation, coordination and presentation of offers and concepts (integral mandates)
• Leadership of sales discussions until conclusion including contract negotiations
• Calculation of FM services
• Coordination of project participants (calculation cleaning / purchasing / operations)
• Technical leadership of assigned projects

Your profile

• Several years of professional experience in a comparable function as well as experience in project work
• University degree in facility management (Bachelor of Science), business administration or equivalent education
• Pronounced analytical skills and communication skills as well as leadership competence in cross-departmental projects
• High customer orientation and the ability to inspire customers for our solutions as well as entrepreneurial and innovative thinking
• High willingness to cooperate beyond the team with a view to overall success
• Very good MS-Office skills (in-depth Excel and PowerPoint skills), CAFM experience an advantage
• Stylistically secure German in word and writing, negotiation-secure English, further language skills an advantage
