Managing Director (all) The Waechter AG has stood for sanitary and heating installations in the Zurich region for over 100 years. As part of BKW Building Solutions AG, we accompany private customers, companies, and the public sector from consultation to maintenance with around 50 employees. Managing Director (all) Your tasks You assume overall responsibility for the further development, growth, and strategic as well as operational orientation of our company to ensure success, profitability, and competitiveness. You represent our company externally, actively maintain our network, and work the market to acquire new projects. In doing so, you position Waechter AG successfully in the market, identify new business opportunities, and tap into sustainable growth potential. You sustainably expand our customer base, develop long-term customer relationships, and work closely with clients, architects, suppliers, and your team. You develop and consistently implement growth strategies. You lead projects in the area of heating and sanitary systems (residential construction, commercial & services) and are responsible for all project phases from consultation and planning via budgeting to implementation and completion. What you bring with you You have completed technical or commercial training and ideally have further training in business administration. You have several years of leadership experience in an HVAC, building technology, or craft environment as well as demonstrable success in corporate development and employee leadership. You have sound knowledge in the HVAC area as well as in the service and project business, think entrepreneurially, recognize market opportunities, and know how to successfully combine growth, customer orientation, and profitability. You convince with strong communication and leadership competence and are capable of motivating, developing, and leading employees through changes. You think entrepreneurially, work analytically and structurally, act in a solution-oriented and decisive manner, and are willing to travel in the region and accompany projects on-site.
