Job Description ##

• Support and further development of a defined sales territory
• Acquisition of new customers and expansion of existing customer relationships
• Identification of customer needs and technical challenges
• Consulting and presentation of innovative automation solutions at the customer's site
• Execution of product demonstrations and technical consulting discussions
• Development of individual solution concepts in cooperation with customers
• Negotiation of offers and contract conclusions
• Independent planning and organization of sales activities in the field
• Building long-term customer partnerships

The Successful Applicant ##

• Bachelor's degree, Techniker HF or comparable technical training
• Initial professional experience in sales is an advantage
• Strong interest in technical products and industrial applications
• High willingness to learn and motivation to develop into a product specialist
• Sales-oriented personality with strong determination to succeed - enjoyment of new customer acquisition and direct customer contact
• Languages: Native Swiss German, English fluent, French B1-B2
• Valid driver's license category B
