Do you enjoy procurement, like working with SAP, and want to actively improve processes with your expertise? Do you negotiate confidently with suppliers, think analytically, and implement optimizations consistently?

Then you are in the right place at the Schul- und Büromaterialverwaltung. We are looking for an engaged and proactive personality to technically strengthen and further develop our procurement starting 1. April 2027 or by arrangement.

Tasks

• You create and analyze purchasing, inventory, and supplier evaluations, derive improvement measures from them, and actively further develop our procurement processes.
• You control and optimize procurement and disposition parameters as well as master and movement data in SAP and ensure high data quality.
• You are responsible for the operative procurement and disposition of the material groups assigned to you and ensure economical and timely product availability.
• You support suppliers, request and compare offers, conduct price and condition negotiations, and monitor delivery dates, quality, and agreed conditions.
• You take on smaller projects or sub-projects in the area of purchasing, SAP, and process optimization and accompany our KV apprentices in purchasing as a vocational trainer.

Profile

• Further education in the field of procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable specialty (eidg. Fachausweis and CAS, MAS, or comparable qualification)
• Several years of professional experience in procurement and supplier management as well as in disposition and in price and condition negotiations
• Sound SAP knowledge and a good understanding of digital procurement, disposition, and master data processes
• Strong analytical skills as well as confident handling of key figures, evaluations, and Office 365
• Independent, proactive, and implementation-strong personality with high personal responsibility, pronounced process understanding, and the drive to actively push improvements forward
