Healthcare Professional in evening & weekend shifts, 40-100 %

As of 01 November 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for a committed personality as a specialist in evening & weekend shifts, 40-60%

Tasks ##

• You will undertake the professional and demand-oriented care and support of our customers during the late shift.
• You will support our customers with activities of daily living and undertake nursing as well as domestic services according to the care plan.
• You will maintain careful and traceable nursing documentation and ensure the quality of care.
• You will advise and instruct relatives and contact persons and actively participate in ensuring and further developing the quality of care.
• According to the deployment planning, you will undertake assignments on weekends and public holidays.

Profile ##

• Completed training as Fachfrau/Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ or equivalent qualification
• High social and professional competence as well as joy in interacting with people
• Independent, responsible and team-oriented way of working
• Resilience, flexibility and customer orientation as well as willingness for late, weekend and public holiday shifts
• Good IT user knowledge and driving license Cat. B
