You will become part of a dedicated fiduciary team at PwC Switzerland, which accompanies national and international clients in a dynamic and increasingly digital environment. Together, you will manage demanding mandates for SMEs of various industries and legal forms and work closely with specialized experts, including those from the tax department. Within the team, knowledge is actively shared, responsibility is taken, and collaboration is a top priority. Mandate Manager Fiduciary 60 - 100% Your Impact Independently and actively manage a diverse client portfolio consisting of SMEs from various industries and legal forms as well as branches of international clients. Take over the consulting and support of our clients in the entire area of finance, accounts receivable, and accounts payable accounting, as well as in tax matters in cooperation with our tax experts. Occasionally complete external assignments in finance and accounting at national and international companies. Take on coaching and mentoring tasks within the team and share your knowledge and experiences. Ensure the quality control of the work performed and a fair workload within the team. Actively support customer acquisition and the preparation of offers and support the team in the digital transformation. Your Skill Set Completed further training at the Federal Diploma level, Business Administration HF/FH in Accounting & Controlling, or be in training to become a certified fiduciary expert. Several years of experience in a comparable environment and experience in managing demanding mandates independently. German as a native language and very good English skills. Have an analytical, precise, and result-oriented way of working and be open, team-oriented, responsible, and flexible. Be skilled in leading a small team and enjoy taking on coaching tasks.
