In doing so, we deal with balance sheets, income statements, financial information, internal controls, and regulatory reports. Through our work, we create trust in the financial sector's reporting and learn from each other every day. • Your professional basis: You are about to graduate or have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, (business) informatics, STEM, or a comparable field of study.

Your Perspective: Your Path to the Diploma
Your Career Start combines practical mandate work in the financial sector with a clearly structured education:

• Learn the profession: After your onboarding, work directly in audit teams, get to know our audit methodology and audit software, and gradually take over your own audit areas.
• Grow in the Busy Season: From January to April, you will work intensively on annual audits and binding client deadlines. In Financial Services Audit, regulatory reporting deadlines are added. You will apply your knowledge directly and develop professionally quickly.
• Achieve your diploma: We will accompany you on your way to becoming a certified public accountant and support your training in terms of time and finance. Paid training days, self-study, and exams will be linked to your practical activity.
