Program Manager Data and Data Platforms

Zürich, Switzerland (and Home Office) | 80-60% Your contribution <br /> • Set up, be responsible for, and steer the <<Data and Data Platforms>> program • Develop and implement the strategic roadmap for data management, data governance, and data platforms • Coordinate and lead multiple projects and initiatives within the program • Ensure the achievement of goals regarding quality, deadlines, costs, risks, and benefits • Advise and support specialist departments and management • Prepare decision-making bases for steering committees and management • Conduct active stakeholder and change management <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, or a comparable field of study • Several years of experience in leading complex programs, transformation projects in the IT or data platform environment • Strong skills in leadership, communication, and negotiation • Strategic thinking paired with high implementation strength • Experience in collaborating with management, specialist departments, and technical teams • You have good knowledge of two official languages; the most important working language is German <br /> In a nutshell You take on overall responsibility for a forward-looking transformation program and create the foundation for even better data-based decisions, innovative services, and efficient processes.
