Arche Betreutes Wohnen offers semi-residential living space for 64 residents in three residential houses in the city of Zürich. People with a long-term substance abuse disorder and its consequences and/or with a mental illness receive a home with us within a consumption-accepting framework. For the Hohlstrasse residential house with 28 places, we are looking for as of 1 October 2026 a Social Worker FH/HF or similar ## The main responsibility in this function consists of the care and support of the residents with the goal of promoting self-determination, stabilization in the areas of health, substance consumption and daily life management, as well as an improvement of their quality of life. The complex problems of the residents require a high degree of social competence, specialist knowledge, life experience, resilience and flexibility from the employees.
