We are an established, family-like fiduciary office in the heart of Zürich. For our demanding private clients and SMEs, we offer individual services at the highest level. We are looking for reinforcement for our team immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks
Holistic mandate management: You are the central contact person for your clients and accompany them personally, competently and reliably.
Taxes & Consulting: Independent preparation of tax returns for natural and legal persons – including complex, international documents.
Financial & Payroll Accounting: Management of financial and payroll accounting as well as timely preparation of VAT declarations.
Communication: First point of contact in exchange with authorities, customers and partners.
What you bring with you
Foundation: Commercial basic training, ideally supplemented by further training in the field of fiduciary / finance and accounting.
Experience: Several years of practice in the fiduciary industry with in-depth knowledge in accounting, payroll and tax law.
Languages: German at native level as well as very good English skills in spoken and written form.
Personality: High service understanding, accuracy and joy in direct customer contact.
