The focus is on the successful implementation and optimal configuration of a powerful platform for family offices, asset managers, and institutional investors. For this demanding position at the Zurich location, we are looking for you as: Senior Implementation Manager | Wealth Tech - 80-100% # YOUR TASKS In this versatile key role, you will lead onboarding projects for new customers and bear responsibility for scope, budget, quality, and deadlines. As a central point of contact, you will coordinate stakeholders from investment management, controlling, accounting, IT, and other specialist departments and accompany customers from requirement analysis through testing and go-live to the successful stabilization phase. You will collect, structure, and document functional requirements regarding master data, investment universe, investment processes, and reporting, and translate individual customer needs into clearly prioritized, actionable, and procedurally clean solutions. In doing so, you will validate requirements with the relevant stakeholders and manage scope adjustments as well as change requests. Furthermore, you will design and accompany the migration of portfolios, transaction histories, master data, and valuation parameters in close cooperation with customers and internal teams. You will conduct specialist and system training, work closely with the development department on the design and further development of functions, and specifically incorporate customer feedback and current market requirements. The active optimization of internal onboarding processes, standards, and tools rounds off your area of responsibility. YOUR PROFILE You have a successfully completed degree in business administration, finance, accounting, business informatics, financial mathematics, or comparable multi-year professional experience in the financial industry. You bring practical experience from asset management, asset management, a family office, consulting, or banking and are ideally familiar with portfolio management systems. Additionally, you have experience in the independent leadership and management of projects, preferably in connection with system implementations, data migrations, or the digitalization of financial processes. A project management certification such as IPMA, PMP, or PRINCE2 or experience with agile methods is an advantage. You possess a sound understanding of the entire investment process - from investment decisions and transaction processing to valuation and performance measurement, up to common asset classes such as equities, bonds, funds, structured products, and alternative investments. Additionally, you bring in-depth accounting knowledge, particularly in securities accounting, valuation logics, and financial statements, as well as knowledge of the Swiss financial market and relevant regulations such as FIDLEG and FINIG. A high affinity for technology, confident use of MS Office and especially Excel, as well as strong analytical and organizational skills characterize you. You work in a structured, solution-oriented, and independent manner, grasp complex contexts quickly, and maintain an overview even when coordinating several customer projects in parallel. Business fluent German and English skills are required; further national languages are an advantage.
