Tasks You assume daily responsibility on the ward and are responsible for the advice and support of residents and relatives during illness and crises. You are responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring, and adapting the nursing process as well as for delegating tasks to employees of other competency levels. You carry out nursing and medical-technical procedures, predominantly in complex unstable situations. You are present during doctor's visits and participate in interdisciplinary reports.
