Your main tasks: Ensuring smooth, innovative and economical customer care and service delivery in the property to be managed Technical rounds Operation and maintenance of systems First intervention in case of fault and damage reports Execution of measures within your own area of responsibility Signing of reports, invoice control, and accounting documentation Planning of regular maintenance work, control and documentation Performing on-call service Your profile: Completed vocational training as Fachmann Betriebsunterhalt EFZ or technical basic training in the field of maintenance Professional experience in a similar function Manual dexterity and enjoyment of practical work Proficient IT skills Confident German language skills in speaking and writing Structured and independent way of working Ready for us?
