Field Sales Representative (m/f/d)

Our client is a dynamic, fast-growing technology company that is driving the energy transition where it is most urgently needed: in commerce, industry, and with energy suppliers in the DACH region. To further expand the local market presence, we are looking for an entrepreneurial and travel-ready sales personality for our client.

• Acquisition & Support: Proactive buildup and expansion of the B2B customer base (electrical wholesalers, installers, energy suppliers, system integrators) as well as personal support of existing customers.
• Market Expansion: Opening up new sales channels and targeted development of regional focus markets in Germany and Austria.
• Network & Synergies: Linking partners and projects to maximally drive local growth.

Sales Process & Organization

• Pipeline Management: Responsibility for the entire sales funnel – from lead generation through negotiation to closing.
• Interface Function: Close cooperation with the inside sales and product team for the rapid implementation of customer requirements.
• Sales Control: Conception of target group-specific sales strategies and seamless maintenance of the CRM system.

Qualifications

• Sales Professional: Demonstrable B2B success (ideally in the areas of energy, e-mobility, smart building, or tech) and a pronounced 'hunter mindset' for successful cold calling.
• Industry Network: A resilient network in the energy, electrical, or installation industry in the DACH region.
• Technical Flair: Enthusiasm for intelligent energy solutions, charging infrastructure, as well as strong entrepreneurial thinking.
• Strong Communicator: Negotiating skills at eye level – both with technical specialists and with commercial decision-makers.
• Travel & Languages: High willingness to travel (approx. 80% in the DACH region). German at native level, fluent English; French skills are a big plus.
• Mindset: Genuine motivation to actively help shape the energy transition and sustainable technologies.
