For our customer in the Zurich region, we are looking for a Customer Advisor Occupational Pension 80-100%

Your tasks ###

• You support our customers competently and in a service-oriented manner via telephone as well as in writing regarding concerns related to vested benefits accounts, occupational pension schemes, and collection topics.
• You take over administrative tasks such as the opening of vested benefits accounts, the processing of payouts, as well as the processing of entries and exits and wage reports of affiliated companies.
• You process customer inquiries as directly as possible at the first contact and thus make an important contribution to high customer satisfaction.
• You check and prioritize incoming inquiries and ensure that complex cases are efficiently forwarded to the responsible specialist departments.

Your profile ###

• You have a completed commercial apprenticeship or training in retail and have ideally already gained experience in a customer-oriented environment.
• Dealing with customers gives you joy. You convince through your friendly, solution-oriented, and professional manner.
• Knowledge in the field of occupational pension (2nd pillar) is an advantage, but not a requirement.
• You communicate with stylistic confidence in German (at least level C1) and have good French skills (at least level B2). Further language skills in Italian or English are a plus.
• Even in labor-intensive phases, you work reliably, accurately, and maintain an overview.
• You are an open, willing-to-learn, and service-oriented personality with an independent way of working.
