In the boutique, you will competently advise customers, inspire them with our coffee machines and diverse coffee range, and actively contribute to the brand experience. You are a visible part of the Nespresso coffee community and inspire people to think more consciously about what's in their cup and how coffee enriches their daily lives. A day in the life of a sales assistant • You advise, present, and sell products from the Nespresso range (machines, coffee, and accessories) in the boutique. • You approach different customer needs in a friendly, competent, and flexible manner. • You invite customers to coffee tastings and create enjoyable moments that remain in their memory. • You manage coffee orders and ensure that products, accessories, and informational materials are always available. • You perform administrative tasks related to the sales process. • You ensure order, cleanliness, and a pleasant atmosphere in the boutique and perform simple maintenance work on the machines. Your area of responsibility • Very good German language skills; additional language skills are welcome. • Availability from Monday to Saturday. • Experience in retail, sales, or customer contact - ideally in the FMCG environment (not a mandatory requirement). • Enjoy direct exchange with customers and interest in premium products. • A service-oriented, reliable, and team-oriented way of working. • Openness to learning, further development, and exchange within the team.
