an experienced
Real Estate Appraiser (m/f) 80 - 100%
Your tasks
Preparation of structured and comprehensible expert reports on the market value of residential, commercial and special properties
Determination and plausibility check of the market value using recognized methods such as comparative, income, asset value or hedonic appraisal
Technical statements in cases of objections, deviating assessments or special questions
Personal advice to real estate owners and investors
Development of decision-making bases for the purchase/sale of real estate
Your profile
Federal Diploma of Higher Education as a Real Estate Appraiser or Real Estate Appraiser CAS FH
Practical experience in real estate and appraisal
very good knowledge of the real estate market
business administration and tax law know-how
technical construction expertise
knowledge of at least one appraisal software
structured, exact and customer-oriented way of working
