Your area of responsibility

• You independently manage the accounting for several company-owned pension funds and also maintain the corresponding subsidiary ledgers, especially for securities and real estate
• You independently prepare the annual financial statements and create the annual accounts including notes according to Swiss GAAP FER 26
• For auditing bodies and external stakeholders, you compile the necessary documents and act as a contact person during the annual audits
• At the annual foundation board meetings, you present the audited annual accounts
• In addition, you actively participate in projects for the further development and optimization of accounting processes as well as the accounting software used
• In doing so, you work closely with internal and external stakeholders such as IT, technical administration, management, and auditing bodies

Live potentials

Your strengths

• You have a commercial basic training, ideally supplemented by further training in finance and accounting or in the field of occupational pension schemes
• Several years of professional experience of at least three to five years in pension fund accounting distinguishes you
• You are proficient in using MS Office, especially Excel. Knowledge of the accounting software Abacus is an additional advantage
• Your way of working is motivated, structured, and team-oriented
• Furthermore, you convince through your organizational talent, your independence and flexibility, as well as through the ability to set priorities correctly and reliably meet deadlines
• You have very good German and Italian skills in spoken and written form; good French skills are an advantage
