Store Detective with Experience 100% (m/f/d)

We are looking for store detectives for our client.

As a store detective:

• You represent order and security
• You are service-oriented and have a sense for communication
• You have a high sense of responsibility
• You can easily communicate with a diverse audience
• You are reliable, friendly, honest and independent
• You are able to handle your emotions and keep a cool head
• You are proactive and analytical

You are responsible for:

• Monitoring the locations of one or more clients in the retail sector
• Administrative work (investigations, securing evidence)
• Application of the client's internal processes
• Ensuring order at the location
• Regular and effective reporting to your supervisor(s)

To do this you must:

• Feel comfortable in public
• Have impeccable manners as well as be in good physical condition
• Be available and flexible (be ready to work irregular hours)
• Be familiar with modern technology
• Have experience as a store detective
• Possess basic knowledge in the field of technical systems (including CCTV, EMA and BMA)
• Master the German language perfectly, both orally and in writing
• Have a valid residence permit as well as a clean record
