To strengthen the finance team, we are looking for an experienced, reliable, and discreet personality as Specialist Finance and Accounting 80 % In this versatile role, you will take over the financial accounting of several companies largely independently and work closely with the Head of Finance. You will manage the accounts receivable and accounts payable, be responsible for payment transactions, and serve as the contact person for banks as well as other external bodies. Furthermore, you will assist with reporting and budgeting tasks, prepare financial evaluations and analyses, and support the preliminary work for the annual financial statements. Depending on experience and interest, you can take on additional responsibility. For this task, you have a commercial basic education as well as further training in finance and accounting. You bring several years of experience in financial accounting and work independently, precisely, and in a structured manner. Knowledge in the real estate environment is welcome, but not a requirement. Rather, a good understanding of numbers, sound accounting knowledge, and the willingness to take on responsibility are important to us. Good VAT knowledge is required. Experience with Abacus is an advantage. Proficient German in speaking and writing completes your profile.
