TARIFF MANAGER AND HEAD OF NEGOTIATIONS

What you will achieve * You conduct negotiations with insurers regarding tariffs, prices, and benefits, representing the interests of the members. * You work closely with the members, particularly with psychiatry and rehabilitation clinics, and take responsibility for contract negotiations, tariff issues, and the further development of healthcare and the VZK. * You play a key role in designing demand-oriented, high-quality, easily accessible, and sustainable healthcare, as well as regarding the further development of the VZK, and ensure strategy-compliant alignment. * You represent the interests of the members as well as the VZK towards partners in healthcare and coordinate and advise them. * For the board and the executive management, you develop the necessary decision-making bases, assess as well as prepare consultation responses, and undertake research work. * You engage in projects and contribute your expertise to negotiation delegations and working groups. * Further activities within the framework of member and association interests enrich your field of tasks.
