Your tasks
In this function, you are not only the administrative backbone, but also a central support for our business growth goals:
Supporting the management in the care and acquisition of B2B customers.
You are the first point of contact for our customers (Telephone / E-mail / Showroom) and are extraordinarily customer-oriented
Creation and follow-up of professional offers.
Key account administration in Bexio, including complex invoicing and specific evaluations.
Interface function between our customers, technology and marketing to ensure smooth project processes.
Your profile
You have experience in administration and customer service.
Your French is solid enough for everyday use. You can generally handle a complaint from the Romandie.
Your English is sufficient to find your way around in technical documentation and on product websites.
You have a high affinity for technology and a strong interest in 3D printing – even before the job interview.
Your way of working is structured, reliable and characterized by a hands-on mentality.
Very exact way of working: numbers, data and orders must simply be correct with you.
You are a thinking-along, resilient personality with humor, who likes to help shape a dynamic environment. Courage to take gaps and proactive suggestions for solutions.
