Junior Product Manager 80 - 100% # In the interest of employees and companies, the Office for Work (AFA) contributes to strengthening the Zurich location. The AFA has bundled labor market policy competencies. Around 650 employees are working at over 20 locations. The Qualification for Job Seekers (QuS) department, together with external partners, organizes a range of labor market measures (AMM) tailored to the needs of the labor market. These support the reintegration of unemployed individuals into the labor market.  We are looking for competent support for this exciting function immediately or by agreement. Your tasks: ### • Support for product managers in day-to-day business, projects, and administrative tasks • Planning and coordination of activities within product management • Consulting RAV career counselors on questions regarding the use of AMM services • Review and processing of individual course requests (IKG) • Communication with provider institutions (course providers) regarding course implementations, cancellations, rebookings, and rescheduling • Support in managing quality certificates, e-learning services, and education subscriptions Your profile: ### • Commercial basic training with further education • Several years of professional experience in a similar position • Very good German, fluent in spoken and written language • Conceptual and organizational skills • Teamwork, high communication and social skills • High service orientation and quality awareness • Affinity for further education and willingness to learn new things We offer: ### • Meaningful, interesting, and challenging activities with high independence • Well-developed social benefits according to cantonal personnel law • Contribution to meal costs (lunch check) • Workplace just a few minutes' walk from Zurich main station Have we sparked your interest?
