YOUR TASKS

• Control and post-processing of patient and case data
• Obtaining guarantees of payment as well as information from service providers
• Preparation of cost estimates for national and international patients for upgrades and deposits
• Processing and forwarding of letters from guarantors
• Recording incoming guarantees of payment and their monitoring
• Ensuring timely information to patients, guarantors, clinics, and physicians
• Providing information to internal departments and physicians as well as various administrative tasks (written and telephone)
• Close coordination and cooperation with relevant interfaces such as emergency dispatch, patient dispatch, Check-In / Guest Services, and Hirslanden International

YOUR PROFILE

• Commercial training as well as good knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system desired
• Ability to work in a team, social competence, and sense of responsibility
• High customer orientation and enjoyment of telephone customer contact
• High resilience and assertiveness
• Proficient German and English in spoken and written form, any further language is an advantage
