Site Manager Santé (m/f/d) Work location: Zihlschlacht as well as two elderly and nursing homes Workload: 80-100% Start date: Immediately or by arrangement Department: Reception / Housekeeping / Hospitality Your tasks \- Operational responsibility for the support services for several customer mandates in the healthcare sector (qualitatively, financially, and personally) \- Leadership, promotion, and continuous development of a team of approx. 55 employees \- Maintenance of constant customer contact and contact person for technical questions \- Responsibility for our support services and ensuring high-quality service as well as compliance with hygiene guidelines \- Implementation of quality controls as well as coaching and support of the employees \- Interdisciplinary cooperation with other areas \- Planning, organization, coordination, monitoring, and optimization of all workflows \- Independent recruitment of new workers \- Management of material, machine, and equipment orders \- Administrative tasks incl. budget responsibility Your profile \- Several years of professional experience and completed training or further education in the field of housekeeping, cleaning, or facility management \- Professional experience in healthcare and/or hospitality \- Proven leadership experience and hands-on mentality \- Human, communicative, and solution-oriented personality with a strong sense of organization and coordination \- Structured and solution-oriented way of working \- Service orientation and independence \- Very good German skills in speaking and writing, other languages an advantage \- MS Office user knowledge This is what we stand for, this is what we commit to - today and in the future.
