Business Consultant (m/w/d) Work location: Zürich Scope of work: 80-100% Start of work: Immediately or by agreement Department: Commercial professions / Marketing / IT Your tasks Creation of facility management concepts for customers Creation, coordination and presentation of offers and concepts (integral mandates) Conducting sales talks until conclusion including contract negotiations Calculation of FM services Coordination of project participants (calculation cleaning / purchasing / operations) Technical management of assigned projects Your profile Several years of professional experience in a comparable function as well as experience in project work University degree in Facility Management (Bachelor of Science), Business Administration or equivalent education Distinct analytical skills and communication skills as well as leadership competence in cross-departmental projects High customer orientation and the ability to convince customers of our solutions as well as entrepreneurial and innovative thinking High willingness to cooperate beyond the team with a view to overall success Very good MS-Office skills (in-depth Excel and PowerPoint skills), CAFM experience an advantage Stylistically confident German in word and writing, negotiation-secure English, further language skills an advantage About us At Vebego AG, more than 6'000 employees make our customers' lives easier every day and ensure that their buildings are always in top condition.
