Architect / Construction Manager (m/f)

We manage our construction projects holistically - from the first idea and the design

through to planning and realization. In doing so, we combine architectural quality

with a practice-oriented and careful implementation.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed personality as an

Architect / Construction Manager (m/f), who enjoys actively helping to shape projects and

to take responsibility in both planning and implementation.

Our projects include:

• Concept, project, detail, and execution planning
• Development and implementation of architectural and constructive solutions
• Coordination of the involved specialist planners and contractors
• Preparation, organization, and support of the execution
• Cost, schedule, and quality control
• Support of the projects from planning to completion

Your tasks:

• Processing and further development of construction projects in different project phases
• Creation and processing of planning documents and execution details
• Development of practical constructive solutions
• Coordination and support of the execution on the construction site
• Cooperation with clients, specialist planners, and contractors
• Monitoring of quality, schedules, and costs
• Ensuring a careful and professional implementation of the planned projects

Your profile:

• Sound training with an academic degree in the field of architecture
• Experience in the planning and realization of construction projects
• Experience in construction management and enjoyment of practical implementation
• Good knowledge in detail and execution planning
• CAD knowledge, Archicad an advantage
• Good German language skills
• Good communicative competence and organizational skill
• Team spirit and enjoyment of cooperation
• Enthusiasm for architecture, construction, and the concrete implementation of construction projects
