HR Allround Talent SAP HCM, 80-100% For my client, a company in the manufacturing industry, we are looking for an organizationally strong HR Allround Talent who enjoys operational topics as well as wanting to further develop and significantly shape HR. You report directly to the CEO and report to them. You are capable of not just leading a department, you are the department (with occasional support). Do you maintain an overview, enjoy a broad field of responsibility and hands-on tasks? Then we are looking for you as; HR Allround Talent SAP HCM, 80-100% Your tasks You advise managers on labor law issues and questions in HR-relevant topics You handle the HR administration independently (on/off-boarding, certificates, terminations) You support the line in recruitment You contribute ideas to the topics of talent promotion and development Control and implementation of the recruitment and onboarding process Participation in projects (as part of a transparent HR policy, HR controlling is to be designed in more detail) You process the master data of employees in SAP HCM Your profile HR professional with completed further training as an HR specialist is mandatory. High level of personal responsibility and a strong service orientation, responsible, solution-oriented thinking and working, and a dynamic personality are sought.
