Tasks ## • As a nursing contact person, you are responsible for the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the nursing process, involving the social environment and the internal and external network. • You shape daily life together with the residents in a family-like setting - from cooking and eating together, housework, to the active co-design of leisure activities. • You actively and enthusiastically commit yourself to the further development of the nursing services in your residential group by contributing yourself and your ideas and helping to shape the broad scope of action. • You support the specialist officer for dementia in guiding the team in challenging situations, work closely with the professional network, and actively engage in the further development and implementation of our dementia concept. • You support apprentices and students of various training programs in the health and social sectors in the development of their competencies.
