Do you enjoy working with people? Would you like to support our nursing team for the Gesundheitszentrum für das Alter Herzogenmühle starting immediately or by arrangement, fixed-term until the end of December 2026?

Tasks ##

• You carry out the planned nursing and care tasks independently and safely and assist in the care of residents in crisis situations.
• You report observations, report objectively, and document completely and understandably.
• You assist with activating, re-activating, and maintaining therapeutic nursing and care tasks and know the care- and care-relevant needs and wishes of the residents and their relatives.
• You supervise our apprentices together with the primary vocational trainers as well as the vocational training managers.

Profile ##

• Empathic personality with joy in working with older people
• Team-oriented, responsible, and reliable - with an independent way of working and excellent communication skills
• Training as a Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ with SRK recognition for diplomas from abroad
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing, good IT skills as well as ideally knowledge of EasyDok
• A heart for our residents and our apprentices
