Tasks ## • You are responsible for managing projects for monitoring and maintaining all technical systems. • You are responsible for the building, including the surrounding area, and ensure the operational safety of all technical facilities, such as ventilation, heating, etc. • You assist with events, set up technical facilities, instruct new employees when they join, and support nursing staff with technical questions from residents. • You are the Safety Officer (SIBE) and have such training or are further training and take over internal fire protection training. Additionally, you are the Safety and Health Representative (SIGE). • You lead several employees and train apprentices.
