For a surgical inpatient ward at the Triemli location, we are looking for a committed personality starting October 1, 2026, or by arrangement, who actively supports team development and construction. Tasks ## • You are responsible for the planning and implementation of nursing based on the nursing process as well as guidelines and instructions. • The responsibility for patient-centered documentation of the work and nursing process and correct performance recording lies within your area of responsibility. • You contribute actively to constructive interdisciplinary cooperation and work with high service quality. • You participate in the improvement of nursing quality and development. • You share responsibility for the supervision of trainees and the induction of new employees.
