Sales & Administration (80–95 %) – CBD Hemp Specialty Store in Zürich (good German skills)

For our established hemp specialty store in 8037 Zürich, we are looking for a motivated, reliable personality for the area of sales, administration, and PC-supported activities, starting immediately or by arrangement.
Career changers as well as older applicants are very welcome.

Your tasks

(You will receive careful and structured training)

Friendly service and competent advice for our customers in the hemp / CBD specialty store

Responsible sales in accordance with legal requirements (incl. age verification 18+)

Independent processing of customer orders

Support in ordering and goods management

General administrative tasks (email correspondence, filing, simple office organization)

Confident working on the computer (Excel, Word, web tools, structured data maintenance)

Maintenance and updating of the webshop as well as support with digital sales processes

Control of stock levels and execution of reorders

Presentation and maintenance of the sales area as well as order in the shop

Your profile

Reliable, well-groomed, and committed personality

Enjoyment in dealing with people and strong service orientation

Independent, structured, and responsible way of working

Confident and experienced use of PC, Office programs, and digital tools

Very good German skills in speaking and writing
(Understanding or speaking Swiss German is an advantage)

Sales experience is an advantage, but not a requirement

Interest in natural products as well as the topic of hemp / CBD

Working hours

Ø approx. 39.5 hrs./week (≈ 95 %)

Monday to Friday: 11:00 – 18:30

Saturday: 12:00 – 16:00 (two Saturdays per month mandatory)

Sunday: closed
